Login & Password

• Passwords must be at least 8 characters long, and the use of numbers and special characters is strongly recommended.
• Never share your password with anyone. LuckyStar Game will never ask for your password by phone or email.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, change your password immediately.

KYC Verification

To comply with security and financial regulations, LuckyStar Game may request identity verification from any member at any time. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. Documents typically required: a photo of your national ID or passport, and proof of address.

All transactions on LuckyStar Game are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Key Rules

• Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the original deposit.
• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Withdrawals to third-party wallets are not permitted — funds may only be withdrawn to a wallet registered in your own name.

• Finality: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Minimum Bet: ৳10. Maximum bet limits vary by event and market.
• Match Cancellation: If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded. However, in a parlay, the odds for the cancelled event will be counted as 1.00.
• Technical Error: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a server issue or technical error, LuckyStar Game reserves the right to recalculate bets at the correct odds or void them entirely.
• Unusual Betting: If any bet is deemed unusual or suspicious, LuckyStar Game reserves the right to withhold payment until a full investigation has been completed.

General Bonus Terms

• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses require you to wager 7–15 times the bonus amount before a withdrawal can be made.
• Duration: If the wagering requirements are not met within 30 days of the bonus being issued, the bonus will be automatically forfeited.
• Bet Type: Only bets placed at minimum odds of 1.50 or above will count towards wagering requirements when using a bonus.
• Multiple Accounts: The welcome bonus cannot be claimed more than once by the same person, device, or payment method.
• LuckyStar Game's Rights: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on LuckyStar Game. Engaging in any of them may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds:

• Opening an account under a false identity or using a third party's information
• Using deliberate betting strategies to circumvent bonus terms (Bonus Abuse)
• Exploiting technical glitches on the platform
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Harassing other members or spreading false information about the platform
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software

• Financial losses from betting – this is entirely the member's own decision and risk
• Bets voided or missed due to loss of internet connection
• Server issues on the part of third-party game providers
• Losses resulting from a member sharing their account credentials with others

LuckyStar Game reserves the right to suspend services or close accounts without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Where clear evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found
• If suspicious or unusual activity is detected on an account
• By court order or as required by law
• During scheduled technical maintenance (usually announced in advance)

Members may also request account closure at any time. Any remaining valid balance will be refunded; however, bonus balances will not be returned.
